DISTANCE CONTRACT
The seller of the goods offered on this website is SIA “OpusArt”, reg. No. 40203632129, legal address Ziedu iela 7, Līvbērzes pag., Jelgavas nov., Latvia (hereinafter – Seller), and the person placing the order (hereinafter – Buyer), agree to the following.
1. General Terms

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods (perfumes, body care products, and natural candles) to the Buyer according to the order placed in the online store.

Each product description (general description, composition, usage, packaging, delivery method) is provided on the product page. Information may be changed without prior notice.

If the ordered product is not available or there are delivery issues, the Seller will inform the Buyer within 1 business day.

Due to screen settings, colors and shades in real life may differ from those seen in pictures.

Product prices are indicated for each product and may change without prior notice.
2. Ordering Goods

The Buyer selects goods/variations and adds them to the cart; the order is confirmed by selecting “Order”.

The Buyer is personally responsible for the accuracy of the provided delivery data.

In case of changes in the order, the Buyer immediately informs the Seller (via the contact form or email indicated in the contacts).

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read the product description, usage/care, and other indicated information.

Goods are reserved after payment is received.
-
If it is not possible to deliver a particular product, the Seller refunds the amount paid for that product; the remaining order items are delivered as usual. The Seller may contact and offer an alternative equivalent product.
3. Payment

After placing the order, the Buyer receives an invoice with transaction details to the indicated email. The invoice is valid without a signature.

Payment can be made by bank transfer and online banking/payment cards.

Payment-related commission fees are covered by the Buyer.

Order fulfillment starts after receipt of funds in the Seller’s account.

If a gift card is used, its code is entered in the “Discount code” field.
4. Delivery
Shipping: usually within 1–4 business days after payment is received. If preparation takes longer, the Seller will inform the Buyer. For urgent cases, please contact us – we will agree on the possibilities.

Free delivery: for orders over €50 – free with parcel machine (applies to shipments throughout Europe).
The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier’s work. If the size of the goods does not match the chosen delivery method, the Seller may change the delivery solution to another equivalent (in such a case, costs are covered by the Seller).
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the goods or exchange them, if:

the product has not been used,
-
it is in original packaging, with all tags and complete set,
-
the product is not damaged (not soiled, crumpled, etc.).

For hygiene reasons, opened or used body care products and other hygiene products are not returnable/exchangeable.
-
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer fills out the withdrawal form (sample available on the website) and follows the procedure indicated there.

Return delivery costs in case of withdrawal are covered by the Buyer.

Money is refunded within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods, using the same payment method the Buyer used for the purchase.

Personalized/individually made goods are not accepted back and are not exchanged (MK No.255, point 22).

Shipments by courier cannot be exchanged – they can be returned; exchange (size, etc., if applicable to the specific product) can be arranged by agreement with the Seller.

If the purchase was made with a gift card, the refund is made in the form of a gift card.
-
The 14-day period starts from the moment the product is delivered (if received in store – from the moment the Buyer receives a notification to collect the goods).

Legal entities do not have the right of withdrawal.
The return address/precise instructions will be provided after submitting the withdrawal form (use the website’s contact section).
6. Privacy

The Buyer’s data (name, surname, address, phone, email) are processed for order fulfillment, delivery, and accounting, in accordance with current data protection regulations.

Data is not disclosed to third parties, except in cases necessary for order fulfillment (delivery companies/carriers, payment institutions) or if required by law enforcement authorities.

Data may be stored in systems used by the Company (website platform, Company’s computer systems, accounting systems, indicated email correspondence).

Storage period: up to 5 years or longer if required by law.

The Buyer has the right to access their data, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, as well as withdraw consent (to the extent that processing is based on consent).

By agreeing to the terms, the Buyer may agree to receive news and offers. It is possible to unsubscribe at any time using the links in emails/notifications or by contacting us (contact form).
